Bio
Hallie Rossbach is a family law attorney who represents clients through some of the most personal and challenging moments of their lives, including divorce, custody and timesharing, parentage, child support, kinship guardianship, domestic violence matters, and relocation cases.
Hallie believes her clients know their own lives best, including the day-to-day decisions and moving parts that a courtroom can never fully capture. For that reason, she prefers to work collaboratively with opposing counsel and clients to help them reach negotiated settlements whenever possible. Litigation is often unpredictable, and Hallie has seen firsthand that people tend to come out ahead when they can resolve their case outside of court with an agreement that truly fits their family’s life, and their children’s needs.
Before joining private practice, Hallie worked for a former Family Court Judge in the Second Judicial District. That experience gave her a close, firsthand view of how litigation unfolds, how courts approach decision-making, and what outcomes judges are likely to reach, insight she now uses to guide her clients toward realistic strategies and well-informed decisions.
Whether a case settles at the negotiating table or requires a courtroom, clients working with Hallie can expect a clear-eyed, steady advocate who is invested in finding the path that works best for their family.
Personal Note
Outside the office, Hallie values time with her small family and stays active through outdoor activities and sports. Born and raised in the Albuquerque area, she has deep ties to New Mexico and a genuine connection to the community she serves.
